The newest release from Studio Null. A cult favorite for a reason. 2024 Vintage. A dry blend of Tempranillo and Syrah with a carbonic bite. Hand-harvested following an exceptionally dry growing season. The result: superior grapes with excellent flavor. Aged for nine months in French oak after fermenting in concrete tanks for a savory, bright profile with tannin and a light fizz that drinks well at room temperature or slightly chilled.
